No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the designated showtime. Contact our Box Office Team at 385-515-4466 for all other questions regarding cancellations, adding tickets to your order, reservation changes, or refunds.

At least 15 minutes early... For your convenience, the Box Office & Concessions will open ONE HOUR prior to showtime.. The auditorium will officially open 30 minutes prior to showtime.

I don't have my E-Ticket, can I still get in?"

Of course! Check in with out amazing Box Office Team when you arrive and they will make sure that you are taken care of!

Individuals under the age of 18 will be granted admission ONLY with the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
