    The show is approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.
  • Do you serve food at the theater?
    Yes! Our gourmet concessions area opens approximately one hour prior to showtime!
  • Do you serve Alcohol? (PENDING)
    The serving of alcohol is dependent on the venue. Please contact our Box Office.
  • Is there a dress code?
    There is no specific dress code required to attend the show. Just please wear something...
  • Are cameras allowed?
    No professional photography equipment is allowed. However, the use of phone cameras is permitted as long as you are courteous to other guests. Every show is filmed in HD and is available for Digital Download purchase!
  • What happens if I am late?
    Your seat will remain safe and your ticket will be redeemable throughout the entire performance. However, you'll be lucky if Austin doesn't tease you on the way in!
  • Is the theater Handicap Accessible?
    Yes.
  • What the policy for ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds?"
    No refunds can be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the designated showtime. All other questions regarding cancellations, adding tickets to your order, reservation changes, or refunds should be directed to our amazing Box Office Team at 385-515-4466.
